Hurst Joinery Projects delivered a bespoke joinery package for the Roman Catholic Insititute ‘Salesians of Don Bosco’ at their new community house in Battersea, London. The house includes a chapel and accommodation for visiting residents. The Institute was founded in the late 19th century by Saint John Bosco to help poor children during the industrial revolution.
Project Challenges
Manufacture of acoustic oak panels, larch dining room bench and engraved granite cube for reception area.
Joinery items also included a new reception point, library book cases, wall panelling and seating. A tea point with Corian top and credenza units.
