Challenges
The project posed several challenges, including an accelerated timeline that required completion six weeks early, strict adherence to fire safety standards, and the need for numerous bespoke finishes.
The joinery had to adapt to fit the unique architecture and address the complexities of irregular spaces and curvilinear components. Mechanical and electrical services also had to be integrated without compromising the design’s integrity. These efforts ensured the project efficiently met both aesthetic and functional demands.
Solution
In close collaboration with Tide’s design team, we designed, manufactured, and installed high-quality joinery for various communal spaces. This comprehensive scope included custom bars, feature panelling, bespoke doorsets, reception desk, banquette seating, solid oak TV walls, planters and over 55 kitchens across multiple levels.
Specialised elements such as bespoke joinery for a music room, gym facilities, a Solid Surface juice bar, and bespoke spiral staircases were also manufactured and installed, all tailored to seamlessly integrate with the building’s unique architecture and functional requirements
