Hurst Joinery Projects was appointed to deliver the bespoke joinery elements for the refurbishment of the reception and café area at 40 Grosvenor Place. Working closely with the client, we delivered high-quality, tailored solutions to enhance the space’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Hurst successfully delivered high-quality, durable bespoke joinery for the high-traffic communal areas, improving the functionality and comfort, and providing a welcoming space for visitors and employees.
Solution
Hurst manufactured and installed practical, stylish furniture in easy-to-maintain materials that seamlessly integrated with the existing design.
This included curved banquette seating with built-in planters, bench seating with under-seat power sockets, and large feature planters. New timber stairs matched the café flooring, while curved oak panelling and slatted oak screens ensured a cohesive aesthetic.
Materials were carefully chosen for durability and easy maintenance, meeting the demands of this high-traffic environment.
