Commissioned by The HACS Group as its third collaboration with Hurst Joinery Projects (following Yorkshire Cancer Research and the Police Treatment Centre), Hurst delivered a high-value custom joinery package across more than 30,000 sq ft of workspace. This included co-working and private teapoints, an oak-panelled AV wall in reception, a feature wall with integrated cupboards and planters, communal WC vanities, banquette seating with mirrors and planters, plus oak handrails, seat cappings, and high-end wall panels and mirrors in boardrooms and study rooms.
Alongside the joinery, Hurst’s in-house tiling department undertook extensive works across three floors, delivering premium finishes to the ground-floor main reception and lift lobby areas, kitchen zones, and washrooms.
Despite logistical complexities—spanning multiple floors, varied bespoke design requirements, and a location adjacent to a busy main road—the Hurst team maintained the programme schedule and delivered a product that met both the client’s timeline and exacting design standards.
