Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering marketing activities across our company divisions. This is a hands-on, varied role including digital campaigns, content creation, brand management, and targeted ABM strategies. We’re looking for someone proactive, self-motivated, and confident working independently.

The role will involve:

  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and management of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media and email, to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand voice, resonates with target audiences, and supports key marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project leads to produce case studies showcasing the company’s successes.
  • Budget Oversight: Oversee the allocation and tracking of the marketing budget.
  • ABM Strategies: Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts, tailoring marketing efforts to specific customer profiles and needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams, providing them with essential marketing materials and contract proposal support.
  • Analytics: Utilise analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, using insights to refine and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Promotional Material Production: Oversee the production of promotional materials, corporate literature, technical guides, and digital assets, ensuring they are on-brand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Website Management: Manage the company’s multiple websites, including content development and updates.
  • External Liaison: Liaise with external agencies, including creative, photography, and film, to ensure projects are completed to high standards and support the company’s marketing objectives.

About you

We are looking for a motivated and confident marketing manager that is prepared to roll up their sleeves and has a passion for marketing and making a difference.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, 2 years in a management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management or a related field. CIM qualification preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of how marketing directly and commercially influences the growth and profitability of a business.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, brand management, and ABM.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work well with others.
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative flair with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics (G4A), HubSpot, MailChimp, WordPress, and familiarity with design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is an advantage.
  • Own car and full driving license are essential, as some travel will be required.
Experienced Bench Joiner

Experienced Bench Joiner Vacancies

Hurst Joinery Projects has been delivering excellence in all aspects of interior fit-out and bespoke joinery manufacturing to some of the UK’s most recognisable brand names for over 25 years.

We currently have mutiple full-time, permanent vacancies for highly skilled Bench Hand Joiners to work as part of our in-house joinery team at our manufacturing facility in Bradford.

The Role:

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be required to manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery items, both modern and traditional, in a busy workshop.

You will be expected to work to strict timescales and will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.

Skills and Experience Required:

Fully time served, experienced, high-quality bench hand joiners or cabinet makers will be ideal for this role.

Previous experience in office or shop fit-outs is advantageous.

Must be capable of working to extremely high standards and to strict deadlines.

An ability to understand work from setting out drawings is essential.

Experience in laminating & veneering would be beneficial.

Must adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
