We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Senior Marketing Executive ready for their next career move. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will support with the implementation of the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, sales growth, and customer retention across the business.

As Senior Marketing Executive you will be involved in all elements of the marketing mix, this includes brand development, product development and marketing, development of on and offline marketing channels, campaign planning, content planning, market research and competitor analysis.

The role will include:

  • The development and execution of marketing plans
  • Brand development and management to drive awareness, equity and loyalty
  • Creating multichannel campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver qualified leads for the business development team
  • Maximising digital channels including website development, Social content planning, photography/ video
  • Managing email campaigns, including designing templates, generating content and calls-to-action
  • Develop and manage company literature such as corporate brochures, sample boards, presentations
  • Analysis and reporting on all marketing activities
  • Supporting with internal and external events
  • Liaising and managing third party suppliers including PR, creative agencies, printers and photographers
  • Producing creative briefs and content when required, including case studies, blog posts and internal communications, 
  • Writing and proof-reading marketing copy
  • Working closely and forming relationships with the sales team, internal teams, customers, suppliers and partners
  • Providing creative and constructive contributions with a confidence to challenge
  • Keep up to date with market trends, identify and research new opportunities
  • Supporting the management of the marketing budget

About you

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and tenacious marketing executive with a can-do attitude and passion for marketing.

You must have:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a recognised marketing role
  • Ideally a degree in business management or marketing, or relevant marketing qualification (CIM or IDM)
  • A comprehensive understanding of how marketing directly and commercially influences the growth and profitability of a business
  • A thorough understanding of marketing communications, both on and offline
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good analytical, planning and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies for digital, PR, design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative flair with ability to generate ideas
  • Knowledge of website CMS systems such as WordPress an advantage
  • Experience with email marketing an advantage
  • Ideally have experience of using Adobe Creative Cloud packages such as InDesign and PhotoShop
