

Hurst Joinery Projects Limited is the dedicated manufacturing business of The Hurst Group, providing bespoke and batch joinery both to retailers and main contractors. Operating from 60,000 square foot factory premises, Hurst Joinery Projects manufacturing expertise means it can work with customers and consultants to provide rapid solutions engineered to each project's specific needs. We produce reception counters, customer service desks, cash and wrap desks, food serveries, bars or any other bespoke joinery-based item.
With a combination of professional knowledge and resources, Hurst Joinery Projects provides design development, product value engineering, prototyping, manufacture and installation on a one-off or repetitive batch basis to sites throughout the UK. Hurst Joinery Projects have their our own CAD setting out department where they can finalise details for you or your architects; a machine shop with up to date time-saving computer controlled machinery; an assembly area with apprentice-trained bench joiners and separate spray shop. We can incorporate glass and metalwork and are approved in working with a number of solid surfaces such as Corian, HiMac and Staron.

Hurst Joinery Projects take their environmental impact seriously and are in the process of becoming an FSC accredited manufacturer. Quality assurance procedures are already in place with ISO 9001 achieved in 2006.
The Hurst Group factory
In its 60,000 sq ft Bradford factory, Hurst houses the latest technology and equipment and is set up to manufacture bespoke joinery on a one-off or repetitive batch basis
Setting out (CAD)
A six person team develops design concepts into working drawings. Drawings are developed in the latest version of AutoCAD and 3D imaging Inventor.
Machine Shop
Hurst's investment in advanced machinery reduces factory time and saves the client unnecessary costs. We have a beam saw, calibrated sander, edge-bander & CNC router.
Solid Surfaces Division
The solid surface division includes fabrication, thermoforming and installation. The in-house development of bespoke heating ovens gives the capability to handle the most intricate curved fabrications.
Assembly
To offer perfect quality, designs are assembled by a team of apprentice trained bench joiners in factory controlled conditions with only the final fittings completed on site.
Polishing Shop
Hurst's reputation depends on the finished appearance of a contract. Here the polishing team shows its years of expertise with paint, lacquer and polish
Transport
Hurst has just up-dated its fleet of commercial vehicles to ensure that clients in the UK and Europe have projects delivered in good shape and on time
