Scotsman Hotel

Hurst Stores and Interiors fitted out the a la carte restaurant and brasserie. Many high quality features were incorporated including glass and stainless steel bars. We also installed the glass and stainless steel geometrical stair linking the new brasserie restaurant to the perimeter balcony.This project also included the fitting out of the hotels' fitness centre and the manufacture of reception desks and lockers in what became a 5 Star Hotel from former site of Scotsman Newspaper HQ. We are pleased to note it won the prestigious AA Scottish Hotel of the year 2003
